Believe it or not, I once had this done to me -- but with newspaper. Which I believe to be a more difficult medium to work with. It was my roommate at the time (I will give him the souper hero name corn-cob) who was acted as a conduit in a practical joke war I managed to get myself into.

As for this guy I will say this, the attention to details is definately impressive. Even if no one else appreciates it, the extra work on the toliet paper roll really makes a statment.
